Reservations

A reservation request is not confirmed until Monkey Business Kayaks LLC accepts it and any required payment and waiver steps are completed. Availability is limited and may change.

Participant waiver

Every adult participant must complete the digital liability waiver before launch. A parent or legal guardian must complete the minor section for each participant under 18. The waiver is available at KayakWithMonkeys.com/waiver.html.

Operating schedule

Regular departures are offered Friday through Sunday at 8:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 1:00 PM, subject to availability, park access, weather, and operating conditions.

Age policy

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Additional safety or equipment restrictions may apply based on the participant and conditions.

Pet policy

Dogs and other pets are not permitted on Monkey Business Kayaks trips.

Rainchecks and refunds

Reservations are non-refundable. When a trip qualifies for rescheduling or is canceled under the applicable policy, a raincheck is issued instead of a cash or card refund.

Outdoor activity risk

Kayaking involves inherent risks, including changing weather, moving water, wildlife, submerged objects, heat, sun exposure, and physical exertion. Participants must follow staff instructions, wear required safety equipment, and complete applicable waivers.

Wildlife

Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed. Feeding, touching, approaching, harassing, or provoking wildlife is prohibited.

Weather and operations

Trips may be delayed, rescheduled, altered, or canceled due to unsafe conditions, park restrictions, equipment issues, or other operational needs.
